Monaco to Saint-Tropez is the longest point-to-point transfer on the Riviera. The route is A8 westbound to Fréjus, then the D559 south to Saint-Tropez — approximately 2 hours in normal conditions.
The D559 is where the journey either flows or stalls. In July and August, particularly on Saturday afternoons, the queue approaching Saint-Tropez can add an hour. We build this into departure timing advice at booking — we have never stranded a client on the peninsula road.
